CILAS' fellowship programme is intended to give graduates the opportunity to teach, create and integrate knowledge in a politically and socially transitory context.
Teach

Create
Fellows will research local and regional development challenges and promote new insight into their responsible and equitable governance.
Integrate
Fellows will collaboratively produce written (research paper) or visual (documentary film) output. Both papers and film will analyse local and regional development challenges in a rigorous way and be communicated in a manner accessible to academia, government, private sector and civil society at large.
